Coaching does not delve into deep psychological issues, if within the context of the coaching sessions it is determined that psychological assistance is needed, a referral to a qualified psychologist will be made.
Diagnostic assessment of current standing using validated instruments (alternatively, results from past validated assessments conducted within the last 3 years could be used).
Identification of objective(s) and designation of the coaching period and process.
Developmental discussions, role plays, on-the-job implementation, continual check-ups on progress towards goal(s).
Concluding discussion.
Follow-up, usually 3 to 6 months after coaching ends (time is agreed upon prior to end of coaching).
Face-to-face and virtual coaching available.
