Her expertise encompasses assessment, development, and talent management, with a strong focus on leadership and diversity within the workplace. Throughout her career, Evelina has held managerial roles and thrived in multicultural, globally-dispersed teams, demonstrating her strong leadership abilities. Additionally, her contributions extend beyond practice, as evidenced by her scholarly publications in respected journals such as the Journal of Management Development and Cross-Cultural Management: An International Journal.

Lisa is an experienced Talent Management professional with a wealth of experience in providing comprehensive selection and development solutions. She has served a large variety of small to large size companies from all industries focusing on understanding their needs and finding fitting solutions. Her expertise lies in diagnostics, learning, development, facilitation & talent management.

Lisa got a Bachelor and Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2008 in Leuven, Belgium. After working in mental health care, she went for an additional Master’s in Occupational & Organizational Psychology (2011, Leuven Belgium), after which she started her career in HR consulting followed by experience in project management and continued to become an in-house Learning & Development professional. With both personal and professional experience in multicultural environments, Lisa is a trusted partner who strives to build meaningful partnerships.

Nina is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in global talent and organizational development. With a strong background in leadership development, functional capability enhancement, transformation, and culture development, she has demonstrated success across diverse sectors including healthcare, food & agriculture, pharmaceuticals, engineering technology, energy, and SaaS.

Her career spans Fortune 100 companies, public and private enterprises, family-owned multinationals, as well as mid-sized scale-ups, refining her ability to identify and address core issues and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to drive meaningful change. Nina specializes in performance consulting, program design for learning and talent development, facilitation, employee experience enhancement, culture transformation, and cross-cultural coaching.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Resources Management and Economics, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Organizational Learning. Nina further strengthens her credentials with an Organizational Development certificate from the National Training Lab Institute (NTL) and is a Master Certified Trainer in Accelerating Implementation Methodology.

Nina leverages Design Thinking principles and data-driven methodologies to assist client organizations in crafting innovative solutions.

Sinem earned a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies, with a minor in English and American Studies from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. After gaining early experience in retail and customer service, she further developed her expertise through roles in talent recruitment and sales development, before transitioning into freelance roles where she managed large-scale events and marketing strategies. Her broad experience includes significant stints in project management, particularly in settings requiring fast-paced, efficient problem-solving.

Christine’s independent work as a financial coach and consultant since 2013 has further enriched her experience, allowing her to provide tailored solutions in financial planning, real estate investment, and accounting support for growing companies. She also founded the „School of Money for Family & Friends,“ where she teaches essential financial skills to individuals and businesses alike.
